This class is suitable for beginners as well as people with yoga experience. For people new to yoga, we work on the basic fundamentals of the poses. Students with more experience can move into the postures at a deeper level. Modifications are always taught along with adjustments. The three main areas of our physical practice include building strength, finding balance, and increasing flexibility. 

In addition to working with the body, we focus the breath with the movements of each pose. This helps to focus our attention and build energy. Finally, we bring sense of mindfulness and peace into our practice. This reduces stress and quiets the mind as we reconnect with ourselves. 



John Verner class instructor, is a certified yoga instructor at the basic 200-hour level & the advanced 500-hour level. He has studied with many world-renowned instructors in a variety of styles. John teaches classes & workshops to people of all ages & abilities.
