"Stretch to Win" -
Fascial Stretch Therapy
A table-based, pain free, assisted stretching. This new therapy balances, aligns and improves the body's fascia.
Fascia is the most prevalent tissue in the body. This connective tissue surrounds and connects every muscle and every single organ in the body. When this connective tissue thickens (caused by aging, stress, injury, under or over exercising) it shortens, causing poor posture, pain and decreased range of movement.
New research has discovered that the health and function of all joints & muscles are directly related to the condition of your fascia. Healthy circulation in your muscles, joints, arteries, veins, brain & spinal cord are largely dependent on optimal flexibility of this important tissue.

Did you know?
- 41% of your flexibility potential is in your fascia.
- Stretching can reduce or eliminate tight muscles.
- Stretching can reduce or eliminate stiff joints.
- Stretching improves your circulation.
- Stretching improves and enhances sex.
- Stretching makes you feel & look younger.
- Stretching makes you taller.
- Stretching can reduce pain.
- Assisted stretching works much better than self stretching.
MAT (Muscle Activation Technique) MAT is a dynamic approach to treating muscular imbalances-often eliminating pain instantly through fingertip pressure applied to weak or inhibited muscles and joints. Many MAT patients have ongoing back, shoulder or neck pain. MAT is often helpful to those suffering from fibromyalgia, Lyme disease, and arthritis. MAT can be used to enhance current physical therapy or as a  pre- or post- rehabilitation program.   Many clients have been able to avoid pending surgery.
